How It Works
Shipping is offered anywhere within the United States for standard shipping via USPS with a tracking number. ​​All orders placed online are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. Shipping time is typically 3-5 days for delivery.​We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, and/or responsible for incorrect addresses. ​Shipping fees are non-refundable.​If you have any questions about your order, please contact us via email at skylermboutique@gmail.com.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please follow these guidelines for returns: ​ - Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. ​ - All Sales are Final with customized, bath and body and clearance items. - Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at skylermboutique@gmail. Please add: RETURN in the subject line. Once the return is approved, you can ship the item back to us. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your 90-day store credit and/or exchange within 3- 5 business days. ​ Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
